Support Registering for the Web App

For members of the Veteran Games family to register on the app you will need a GROUP ACCESS CODE

This has been shared by email from Veteran Games and Conference and will be sent via email. It will also be shared on private VG social media groups (you will understand why we do not want to share this in public forums).

Step 1:

If you need Technical Support

If you need support at any stage during the web-app registration process click the ‘Support and FAQ’ button at the bottom of the screen.

By clicking ‘Contact Support’ you will be able to email us directly with your issue to help@militaryapp.org or you can view our FAQs and video guides.

When you have contacted the help desk, we may request that you click the button at the bottom of the screen to generate a code so that we can initiate a remote support session.

Step 2:

Member Registration

For new members, from the main sign-in page select “Register”.

When you type in your email please double check for typos or errors as this can cause members a delay.

Step 3:

ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT

By completing registration in Step 2 you will have been sent an automatic email from hello@militaryapp.org) email with your 6 digit Unique Verification Code.

Select Activate my Account from the bottom of the main sign in page and on the next page please type or paste in your Unique Verification Code.

Once you have retrieved the 6-digit email Verification Code please type it in and click “Continue” to proceed to setting up your account.
